S. Bumbera has been creating works of art now for nearly 30 years. Here are a few examples of what we have done in the past. Enjoy browsing through the pictures to get ideas for your next project. We work with architects, builders and designers. We also work direct with the home owner. We are Artists and Designers so we work hand and hand with our clients to create the best design for their project possible. If you already have your design we will adapted the image to work with sandblasting on the glass. Glass is an amazing medium to work with and can be used in so many applications. If you have a project you are working now just think outside the box and try using glass as a backsplash. Enhance the window over a tub for privacy instead trying to find a tradition covering that doesn’t let the light through. Etching solves the issue of privacy for glass showers. On fireplace screens a beautiful design etched in the glass can transform the lovely dancing and flickering flames. Our process begins with presenting the client with a scaled drawing to be approved or modified (if needed), then we create the pattern as a life size stencil. The glass has to be covered with a special kind of rubbery vinyl to provide protection and to allow us to blast where we need section by section.
